Didn't attend class today but I did go for third meeting. Learnt a little bit of today's topic. Media Writing UT wasn't too difficult so yay for that, hopefully I'll get a better grade!

The craze over Nino's current butai, "Strangers on a Train"! The content of the stageplay is really unbelievable. It's like the storyline came to extreme life XD Would love to see it go on DVD, all for the sake of kissing scenes..hahaha! I'm really curious of how much context did they put it in comparison with the 1951 film. I actually watched a bit of the beginning of the film version on Youtube. It was all black and white and the guy acting as Bruno looked a little creepy.

I have some other stuff to deal with, in which I'll leave it at the back of my head right now 'cause there's only 4 weeks left to go until holidays and I need to really deal with school more than anything else. Of course, with Japanese coming in second. Prolly the whole going-to-concerts thing as well. Money issues. Bwah. In all honesty, there's something else that's bothering me - it reminded me about the things that I thought about 2 years ago. I'm kind of in confusion as to how that path's gna go right now.

Maybe I still refuse to tighten the loose strings in between, in fear of something.

I mentioned before about making a review on probably one of their best-sounding overall albums, and yeah - here it is!

On a personal note, I do feel that this album is really underrated at some level because comparing with their album releases so far in their discography, I could really go through the entire album for one whole day on my iTouch. The songs on this album are well..summer-like and much more easy listening, not very hardcore or whatever. This album is really unique in the sense that the tracklist features all the solos as well (on one damn cd).

Which album can they offer that?!

At least we don't have to buy the limited edition to get the extra disc of their solos. Ah, the days when they weren't doing concerts at super duper big venues, hahahaha.

Honestly, I don't know why I'm still putting Time as my top favourite when One is better in song material-wise. I guess it's the different genres they ventured into for Time (?)

FYI, 2005 was probably the best period. Matsujun and Nino's hair were freaking awesome, no doubt.

I want to get this off my chest once and for all before I do my ridiculously complicated RJ.

Out of proportion. )

But on a better note, I learnt something new about Malay and Bahasa Indonesia today when I hung out with Aini, Nas, Firdaus and Izyan after school XD

It's like I live a thousand lifetimes
Still looking for the one that feels right

--

Not their best performance, I think. I've tried looking for high quality music videos for this song but the good one wasn't allowed to be embedded. I love this song ever since I've heard it waaaaay back. Westlife used to be one of my favourite bands but now, I think they're more of my favourite bands to listen to. Their ballads are amazing in any way.

I went for their concert back in '01 and it was the very first concert that I've attended! :D

Alright, off to crash my RJ..again.
